Chef Tanya’s Most Popular Cooking Demo!!
Chef Tanya is pleased to present….
“Making Mom’s Recipes the Vegan Way”
Chef Tanya will demonstrate how to make some of those Comfort Food Classics we grew up with the Vegan way, which is the subject of her newest Cookbook. In addition to demonstrating some recipes, and distributing recipes for even more, Chef Tanya is accepting suggestions for which Classic Comfort Foods the Native Tribe would like to see made the Vegan Way.
For example, one long time Native guest Naomi has asked Chef Tanya to veganize spaghetti and meatballs, coffee cake and meatloaf and Sari from OC has asked Chef Tanya to turn Swedish meatballs and chicken pot pie into Vegan dishes. Other recipe ideas are cabbage rolls, chicken kiev, sausage and peppers over pasta, old fashioned cream of turkey casserole, Spanish rice, sauerkraut balls, sloppy joes and cheese bread. YUM!
This Cooking Demo will be a ton of fun and, as always, a ton of free food and drink samples. And there is plenty of seating for all.
But you need to register…..soon! FREE...because we love you!
This event is 60 minutes at both 10:30am and 3 pm (be sure to sign up for the right one!) and we invite you and your friends attend. And you’ll LOVE this! Due to popular demand, we are having 2 Demos on Saturday to accommodate all of our loyal guests! You may sign up with up to 3 friends for either Demo. And, as you know, these fill up quickly and we want you all to have great seats! You’ll also have the opportunity to ask Chef Tanya any questions (maybe about what teff is or about her whale watching trip last week or about the Spring Wellingtons and the secret new ingredients in them!!!)
So, here’ s how it works: 1. Click the link and sign up. 2. Next week, you will get a Confirmation Email. PLEASE check your junk/spam mail so you don’t miss this super important Confirmation. 3. Respond right back to Andrea with a “Yes, I got it!” Andrea will reply with your reserved Seat Number. 4. Yes, you still have to get there early to get the BEST seat, but you’ll definitely get a seat! 5. Email any recipes you’d like to see veganized to marketing@nativefoods.com please.
Cost: Free!
