Couscous Cake
5 cups apple juice
2 cups couscous
pinch sea salt
2 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 basket sliced strawberries
1. Bring apple juice to boil
2. Add couscous and stir until thickened
3. Add sea salt
4. Pour into pyrex dish that has been rinsed in water
5. Let cool
6. Slice and eat!
