Nutz-o Macaroni Sauce
1/2 cup cashew pieces
1/4 cup raw sunflower kernels
1/2 tsp. garlic granules
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/2 tsp. nutritional yeast
3/4 cup warm water
1 lb. macaroni noodles or other pasta, cooked
1. Grind cashews and sunflower kernels in blender
2.
Add other ingredients and puree for a minute until you have smooth creamy sauce
3.
Pour on top of macaroni or other type of noodle
4.
Add some nice chopped and/or steamed veggies for an extra bonus!
