How do I prepare my Wellington?
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove lid from frozen Wellington and place on the middle oven rack, and bake for 50-75 minutes. Your Wellington is ready once golden brown on top and an internal temperature of 165 is reached. Take out and let cool for 15 minutes. Warm mushroom gravy on stove top at low heat, and serve with Wellington.

How do I earn rewards?
You’ll receive 1 Native point for every $1 spent at Native Foods. Dine-in, take-out, and delivery orders placed through our app qualify. Delivery orders placed through third party providers (like GrubHub, DoorDash etc) do NOT qualify. The easiest way to earn points is to have your app ready to scan when you place your order in store. Select “Earn” on the “Rewards” page and have one of our cashiers scan the QR code. Easy peasy! Should you not have your phone handy when you pay for your order, you can always scan the barcode on the bottom of your receipt later, simply select “Earn” on the “Rewards” page and then click on “Scan Barcode” to scan your barcode. Online orders will automatically add your points to your account if you order through our app.
How do I redeem rewards?
Once you have reached a minimum of 100 loyalty points, or once you have received any of our special limited time rewards (like your annual birthday gift, for example) you are able to redeem your points and get a yummy discount on your next purchase. To do that, simply select “Redeem” on the “Rewards” page, and either select your limited time rewards offer or type in the amount of Reward Dollars you want to redeem. The amount may not exceed your current Reward Balance. Show the redemption code on your phone to the cashier – they will scan the code and apply the discount to your order.
Can I redeem more than one reward at a time?
Combining rewards is not possible at this time.
What kinds of rewards can I earn?
Aside from earning points whenever you make a purchase, every guest gets a $5 discount just for downloading the app and signing up for a loyalty account. Pretty awesome, right? You can also get rewards for linking your Facebook account to the app, or for referring a friend. And of course we want to celebrate your birthday with you every year, so be sure to check your inbox for your annual birthday gift ($10 off!) once the big day arrives!
I’ve had a Native Foods loyalty account in the past. How do I make sure all my points get migrated into the app?
When you first sign in, you will land on a “Welcome” screen where you are asked whether you are already a Native Foods loyalty member. Select “Link Account” and enter the eMail address that you have been using for your loyalty account in the past. This will ensure that your existing points and rewards are migrated properly.
I followed the steps to migrate my old account, but I don’t think my old points are showing up correctly. What do I do?
Your points may have converted to rewards dollars! For every 100 points you earn, you receive $5 in rewards points. Please check your rewards to see if your points converted. If there is still an issue, please contact our team at, and we’ll be happy to look into this for you!
How do I get my $5 sign-up reward?
The $5 sign-up reward can be found when you hit the “Redeem” button on the rewards page of our app. If you are in a store, select the redeemable called "$5 Sign-Up Offer" and show the code on your phone to the cashier. If you are placing an online or mobile order, click on "Redeem" under "Redeem a Reward" in the check-out process and select the offer "$5 Sign-Up Offer". The discount will be applied automatically. This reward is only received if you sign up using our app, and it is not received for signing up on a personal computer. Also, only one reward is issued per device, so if you have multiple users, only one reward will be given.
I linked my account to Facebook, but I don’t see the 20 bonus points for doing so.
Try logging out of your app, then signing back in by selecting the “Sign in with Facebook” option. You should see your points after that.
I referred a friend, but I didn't get my $5 referral reward.
Your referral must make a purchase with their account, then you will receive your $5 off redeemable.
Dangit! I selected to redeem a reward when I was nowhere near a Native Foods, and now my reward expired. What do I do?
No worries! You may see the expiration time ticking down on the bottom of your Rewards page, but should you not be able to redeem your reward in the given timeframe it will simply go back into your account after 4 hours. You will not lose your reward.
Help! My birthday gift disappeared, where did it go?
Your annual birthday offer is valid for 14 days after you received it (which is two days before your birthday), so be sure to stop by before it expires!
Can I earn points on gift card purchases?
No, you cannot earn points on gift card purchases. Points will be earned once you make food purchases with the gift cards.
I have an iPad, but I wasn’t able to download the app, is there an app specifically for my iPad?
Yes! If you look on the top left of the Apple Store, the is a drop-down menu where you can select “iPad Only”.
Do I need to get a receipt every time to earn rewards?
Only if you’re using your computer to manage your loyalty account. If you use your app, our cashier can scan your phone so you do not need a printed receipt.
Do I need to scan my receipt if I use the app to order?
No, it’s not necessary to scan your receipt, as your points will be added automatically once your payment is processed.
Can I have more than one loyalty account on my app?
Yes, you can. But please be aware that only one $5 sign-up bonus can be issued per device, so even if multiple people use their accounts through your app, only one sign-up reward will be sent to your device.
Why is the app asking me to allow access to camera and location?
Our app will need access to your device’s camera in order to scan barcodes on your receipt. Location data is needed to help you find the Native Foods restaurant nearest to you, and to link you to a specific location when you are checking in. Add anything extra for Android?
Do all stores offer delivery?
Yes, they do! The most convenient way to order delivery is right here through our app!
When I place a take-out or delivery order, why am I asked to call the store?
Our online ordering provider and point of sale provider at our locations operate through the cloud and have 99% uptime. There will be times when one of the services won’t be able to communicate with the other and calling the order in may be necessary. Delivery orders cannot be called in as they are handled by a third party, such as Uber Eats.
Can I earn loyalty points on orders through third party services?
Unfortunately, catering or delivery orders placed through third party services don't currently qualify for Native Foods loyalty points.
I never received my birthday reward!
You must be an active loyalty member in order to receive your birthday reward, which means that a purchase of $10 or more must have been made on your account within the previous 12 months. If you have been an active loyalty member but still did not receive your birthday reward, please contact us at, and we’ll be happy to look into this for you!
How do I use a reward when placing an order through the app?
Rewards can be applied toward the end of the ordering process within our app. After you've selected your location and entered your order, you'll see the order summary screen. This is where you have the ability to verify your order, add a tip, or use rewards. Simply hit "Redeem" on the top part of this screen, and you'll be taken to a list of your current rewards. Just select the reward you would like to use, and that's it!
I've selected "delivery" for my order but it processed as a pickup. Why is that?
This is most likely because a valid address wasn't selected toward the end of the ordering process. Even though you've selected "delivery", it's necessary to verify your address. Select your address and make sure it's highlighted. If the address isn't selected, the order will be sent through as a pickup. You can verify that it's a delivery order by looking for a delivery charge on your order summary.
