Gift Cards

Where can I buy a Native Foods gift card?

Physical gift cards are available at all Native Foods locations. Digital gift cards are available for purchase here.

 

Where can I use my Native Foods gift card as payment?

You can use your Native Foods gift card in-store, on our mobile app, or on nativefoods.com, at all locations. Our gift cards are not valid on third party delivery apps.

 

Will I earn loyalty points on a gift card purchase?

No, Native Foods loyalty points cannot be earned on purchases of digital or physical gift cards.

 

Will I earn loyalty points on purchases paid for with a gift card?

Yes, absolutely! All Native Foods food, beverage, and merchandise items that qualify for loyalty points will earn you loyalty points if purchased with a gift card.

 

Is there an expiration date to my gift card?

Nope! There is no expiration date on purchased gift cards. There is however an expiration date on the $10 bonus gift card purchased as part of our 2021 “Buy $50, Get $10” promotion: the bonus $10 gift card is valid from 1/1/22 through 6/30/22.

 

What happens if I lose my gift card or it is stolen?

If lost, stolen or destroyed, gift cards will be replaced for the remaining value with original proof of purchase and gift card identification number.

 

Can I reload my gift card?

No, Native Foods gift cards are not reloadable.

 

Can I use my gift card on multiple orders?

Yes, absolutely! You may use your gift card credit on one or multiple orders.

 

Can I redeem my gift card for cash?

No, gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash except as required by law.

 

Can I purchase another gift card with my gift card?

No, gift cards cannot be used to purchase another Native Foods gift card.

 

Can I use Native Foods loyalty rewards to purchase a gift card?

No, Native Foods reward dollars or other loyalty rewards cannot be applied to gift card purchases.

Holidays

How do I prepare my Wellington?

Preheat oven to 425°F. Remove lid from frozen Wellington and place on the middle oven rack, and bake for 50-75 minutes. Your Wellington is ready once golden brown on top and an internal temperature of 165 is reached. Take out and let cool for 15 minutes. Warm mushroom gravy on stove top at low heat, and serve with Wellington.

How do I sign up?

You can either download our app on the Apple Store or Google Play and follow the instructions on the app (recommended), or go here. Both options are quick and easy!

 

How do I earn rewards?

You’ll receive one loyalty point for every $1 spent at Native Foods. Dine-in, takeout, and delivery orders placed through our app, on our website, or in store qualify. Delivery orders placed through third party providers (like GrubHub, DoorDash etc) do NOT qualify. The easiest way to earn points is to have your app ready to scan when you place your order in store. Click the “Check In” button on your app and have one of our cashiers scan the QR code. Easy peasy!

If you’re ordering online simply make sure you are logged into your loyalty account when placing the order and earned points will be automatically assigned to your account.

 

How do I redeem rewards?

Once you have reached a minimum of 100 loyalty points, or once you have received any of our special limited time rewards (like your annual birthday gift, for example) you are able to redeem your points and get a yummy discount on your next purchase. To do that, simply select “Redeem” in the check-out process online or on the app, and either select your limited time rewards offer or type in the amount of Reward Dollars you want to redeem. The amount may not exceed your current Reward Balance. Show the redemption code on your phone to the cashier – they will scan the code and apply the discount to your order, or in case of on online or app order, your discount will be automatically applied to your check.

 

Can I redeem more than one reward at a time?

Combining rewards is not possible at this time.

 

What kinds of rewards can I earn?

Aside from earning points whenever you make a purchase, every guest gets a $10 discount after they spent their first $15 as a new loyalty guest. Pretty awesome, right? You can also get rewarded for referring a friend. And of course we want to celebrate your birthday with you every year, so be sure to check your inbox for your annual birthday gift ($10 off!) once the big day arrives! You must be an active Native Foods guest in order to get a birthday gift (an active guest is one who spent at least $10 in the last 12 months with us).

 

I followed the steps to migrate my old account, but I don’t think my old points are showing up correctly. What do I do?

Your points may have converted to rewards dollars! For every 100 points you earn, you receive $5 in rewards points. Please check your rewards to see if your points were converted. If there is still an issue, please contact our team at support@nativefoods.zendesk.com, and we’ll be happy to look into this for you!

 

How do I get my $10 new guest reward?

The $10 new guest reward can be found when you hit the “Account Balance” button on the  app, or the “Redeem” link in the check-out process. The reward is called “$10 Sign-Up Reward”. This reward will be automatically loaded onto your account once you’ve spent your first $15. You can only receive this reward once.

 

I referred a friend, but I didn’t get my $5 referral reward.

Your referral must make a purchase with their account, then you will receive your $5 off redeemable.

 

Help! My birthday gift disappeared, where did it go?

Your annual birthday offer is valid for 14 days after you received it, so be sure to stop by before it expires!

 

Can I earn points on gift card purchases?

No, you cannot earn points on gift card purchases. Points will be earned once you make food purchases with the gift cards.

 

I have an iPad, but I wasn’t able to download the app, is there an app specifically for my iPad?

Yes! If you look on the top left of the Apple Store, there is a drop-down menu where you can select “iPad Only”.

 

Why is the app asking me to allow access to camera and location?

Our app will need access to your device’s camera in order to scan barcodes on your receipt. Location data is needed to help you find the Native Foods restaurant nearest to you, and to link you to a specific location when you are checking in.

 

Can I earn loyalty points on orders through third party services?

Unfortunately, catering or delivery orders placed through third party services don’t currently qualify for Native Foods loyalty points.

 

I never received my birthday reward!

You must be an active loyalty member in order to receive your birthday reward, which means that a purchase of $10 or more must have been made on your account within the previous 12 months. If you have been an active loyalty member but still did not receive your birthday reward, please contact us at support@nativefoods.zendesk.com, and we’ll be happy to look into this for you!

 

How do I use a reward when placing an order through the app?

Rewards can be applied toward the end of the ordering process within our app. After you’ve selected your location and entered your order, you’ll see the order summary screen. This is where you have the ability to verify your order, add a tip, or use rewards. Simply hit “Redeem” on the top part of this screen, and you’ll be taken to a list of your current rewards. Just select the reward you would like to use, and that’s it!
